Service Fee Policy
General Fee Information
Service fees will be displayed in your local currency on the payment page, tailored to passenger types: adult, infant, child, senior, student, or military. These fees are generally non-refundable and may be subject to change without prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees, but fees for cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable. You’ll only be charged the final total amount quoted by our agent.
Exclusions from Standard Service Fees
Certain bookings incur additional fees, including:
- Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings.
- Up to $150 per passenger for online first-class or business-class flight bookings.
- Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries.
- Up to $30 per passenger in cities with high fraud rates.
- Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings with different dates or nearby airports.
- Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings.
- Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets.
Contact Center Booking Fees
Bookings made through our contact center may carry higher fees than online bookings, reflecting the complexity of international or multi-stop itineraries. A cost of $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger (or up to $93.75 for seniors) may apply.
