The fee amount may vary depending on the complexity of the change.
Transaction and Service Fees
All booking fees and post-ticketing service fees charged by TripInitiator.com are non-refundable and may be updated without prior notice. These fees are separate from any airline, hotel, or supplier-imposed charges, which are also the responsibility of the customer. The total price quoted at the time of booking is the final amount payable, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
Government Taxes and Fees
Government-imposed taxes and fees may change without advance notice. To maintain transparency, TripInitiator.com includes these charges in the final quoted price during your booking, so you always know what you’re paying upfront.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The airline’s fare rules allow cancellations and refunds.
- A refund request is submitted through TripInitiator.com and accepted.
- The booking is not classified as a “no show.”
- A waiver from the airline or supplier is secured, when required.

Contact Center Service Fees
Reservations made through our contact center may include additional service fees compared to online bookings. Senior citizens may qualify for a reduced fee, which may also include premium service perks. For more information, please contact our support team.

TripInitiator.com offers support for certain special cases, subject to airline approval and applicable fare rules:
- Misspelled Names – Assistance in correcting name errors on tickets.
- Visa/Passport Issues – May require an official denial letter.
- Baggage Concerns – Supporting claims with receipts and luggage tags.
- No-Show Situations – Documentation required explaining missed departures.
- Denied Boarding – Proof of denied boarding must be provided.
- Duplicate Tickets – Copies of identical itineraries needed for refund requests.
