Visa and Schengen Visa Guidelines for Tripinitiator.com Ticket Refund Policy

Our airline tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds are only possible if permitted by the travel supplier’s policies or if Tripinitiator.com approves your request. To qualify, you must not be classified as a ‘no-show’, and we must secure a waiver from the supplier to process any cancellation or refund.

Airline Refunds and Credits

All refunds and future credits are subject to the airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees, shown in your local currency on the payment page, apply per passenger, per ticket for adults, children, seniors, infants, students, or military personnel. Booking fees, post-ticketing service fees, and charges for changes, refunds, or cancellations are non-refundable and may be subject to change without notice. These are in addition to any fees charged by airlines or travel suppliers. Government taxes and fees may vary, but you’ll only pay the final total quoted by our agent.

Special Service Requests

Special services are processed only upon request and require airline approval based on their rules and policies. These include:

  • Name Misspelling: If the name on your ticket doesn’t match your passport or government-issued ID, corrections may be needed.
  • Visa/Passport Denial: A denial letter is typically required to process related requests.
  • Baggage: Keep your baggage receipts and tags for any claims.
  • No-Show: Provide documentation explaining why you missed your scheduled departure.
  • Denied Boarding: Submit documents detailing why you were denied boarding.
  • Duplicate Tickets: Provide copies of all tickets with identical itineraries booked through us to process a refund request.
